Step 1: While you are on our website, take some time to learn about Dr. Roger Arliner Young and the purpose of the RAY Fellowship Program.
Step 2: Once you have an understanding of the RAY Fellowship Program, you can reach out to us at ray@elpnet.org for more information on our program. You can also complete the pre-qualifier survey below and we will schedule a time to chat with the designated contact at your organization.
Step 3: Meet with us to learn more about the fellowship process and what additional information is required from your organization.
